A Garden Grove business could not properly open and close its sliding gate. Guy found a heavily rusted drive chain, failed bearings in some of the rollers and a bent post. The chain was replaced with 26 linear feet of heavy-duty chain, an original roller was upgraded to a heavy-duty roller, two guide wheels were replaced and the post and track were realigned - while the existing ELITE operator stayed in service.

Guy converted it to a properly matched pair of springs and rebuilt the worn parts of the counterbalance - cables, drums, end bearing plates and center bearing - while keeping the sound torsion shaft.
