Estimates & Quotes

Any estimate or quote we provide before an on-site visit is preliminary and offered for general planning purposes only.

• Preliminary nature. Estimates are based on the information you provide and on typical conditions. They are not a guaranteed final price.
• Final pricing. Final pricing may change after an on-site inspection, where our technician can assess the actual condition of your garage door, hardware, and surrounding components.
• Additional needs discovered onsite. If additional repair needs or parts are discovered during the on-site visit, we will communicate these to you. Any additional work and its associated cost require your approval before that work proceeds.

Scheduling & Appointments

Appointment Windows

We schedule service during appointment windows rather than exact arrival times so that we can give each customer the attention their job requires. We will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed of our technician’s expected arrival.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact us as early as possible so we can accommodate you and other customers. We likewise reserve the right to reschedule appointments when necessary and will give you reasonable notice when we do.

Delays Outside Our Reasonable Control

Orange County Garage Doors is not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather, supplier or part availability, traffic, emergencies, labor disruptions, acts of God, or other events constituting force majeure. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any such delay and to reschedule promptly.

Payments

Payment for services is due upon completion of the work unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. We generally accept common payment methods, which our technician or office can confirm at the time of service.

• Deposits. For certain jobs, such as special-order parts or larger installations, a deposit may be required before work begins. Any deposit terms will be communicated and agreed upon in advance.
• Late or returned payments. Past-due balances may be subject to reasonable late charges as permitted by California law. Returned or dishonored payments may incur additional fees, and you remain responsible for the full amount owed for the services provided.

Warranty Limitations

Our work is warranted as described in our separate Warranty Policy. Coverage, duration, and exclusions are set out in that policy, and all warranties are limited as stated there. Except as expressly provided in the Warranty Policy, we make no other warranties, whether express or implied, regarding our services. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by California law, Orange County Garage Doors Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of this website or our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to our services shall not exceed the amount you actually paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
