Had a manual garage door spring fail on me back in 2022, he quoted around 275 then upped the price on me to about 550 because he forgot to mention labor. (I timed it at a 30 minute repair)Work was good and quick but the cost exorbitant and the last minute changes really not cool.
Amazingly great service. My garage door cable /coil had snapped and could not use my garage door. OC garage doors were able to get out to my house the same day and fix my door. The tech was extremely knowledgeable and explained exactly what was needed and how much it would be. I approved the price and he had it fixed in about 1-2 hours (see attached photo). A great experience with them and I have shared their info with all my friends and neighbors who need garage door help.
Had a terrific experience with this garage door repair company, second time they've assisted me over the years. Very responsive and professional. They carefully reviewed the issue which was the broken spring I called them about, and then evaluated the entire system and additional preventative parts replacements, but no pressure and full disclosure on pricing. I decided to have them do all they could to keep the garage door system operational for years to come, they had all the parts and were able to take care of everything relatively quickly, made sure every remote was programmed properly and they carefully tested everything. Super nice and the garage has worked perfectly since their repair about a month ago
Called around to a few different companies with a broken spring. Chose these guys cause they were quick, communicative and no b.s. "Guy" came out a fixed springs for a fair price and did good work. I'm definitely keeping their #. Very happy with not getting jerked around and quick work. These guys just trying to run an honest business in my opinion. Thanks Guy!

A hinge on my garage door broke, causing a wheel to pop out and the garage itself to come off the tracks on one side. Guy answered my call and arrived within 1 hour. He explained the damage so that I understood what happened, gave me a repair cost estimate (which was fair), and promptly made the necessary repairs. He then recommended that because of the age of my garage door/parts, I should replace the springs, end-bearings, and drums in order to avoid risk of future damage that could be worse. He gave me an estimate on the cost of replacements/service and I took his recommendation. Guy was able to complete the replacements very quickly and then took the time to explain to me exactly what repairs/replacements he completed. He was also able to install a wireless keypad that I had requested. In total, the repairs, replacements, and payment took 45 minutes. Guy provided quick, friendly, and professional service for a fair price (I did some price researching online). Great experience overall – I would highly recommend!
My garage door opener suddenly stopped working and all out cars got stuck inside. I texted John who told me he will send Guy over to get our cars out. Guy showed up within an hour and quickly got our car out of the garage and so our next day driving to work got no impact. Guy is professional and polite and I’m really happy with him getting our car out from the garage.
OC Garage Doors was one of 3 companies I contacted to replace a broken torsion spring. After turning away one of companies that tried to charge much higher than their initial quote while at my property, John quickly responded. He replaced the springs, lubricated the door, calibrated the motor, and tested the door at the original price he quoted. I highly recommend the company and John for their professionalism and quality of service.
Last week I had a rude awakening as someone hit my garage and pushed the door in about 6-8 inches. Per usual, I called multiple garage door companies for quotes and info. One of the first things I try to sense is if they are honest. Not only does the reviews vet their honesty but I can personally vouch for John and his company. After john inspected the garage, he gave me a couple of options which one was to fix the damage railings or to provide new ones. Of course new ones came at a premium but the fact that he pointed out that the railings could be fixed displayed his truthfulness and honesty. They were able to come out 2 hours after i had called them and the job was completed in 1 hour. I was very happy with their service from A-Z and would recommend them to anyone having garage door problems.
